Purchase orders from local, county, state and federal governmental agencies in the USA welcome.
Please call as purchase orders can not be done online. All other orders must be prepaid unless prior arrangements are made. Sorry, no C.O.Ds.

Equipment comes with a 90 day warranty. Some restrictions apply. Some products have additional manufacturer's warranty. Defective products will be replaced or repaired. Due to the nature of many products, on equipment and video sales, all sales are considered final and non-returnable unless defective. All returns require prior authorization and an authorization number. Prices and availability subject to change without notice.

By purchasing, buyer represents that he/she holds seller harmless for any use and/or misuse. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ascertain and obey any and all applicable local, state and federal laws in regard to possession and/or use of any item found at this site. Laws vary from state to state. Purchaser agrees to consult with an attorney at law should any question of intended use arise.

RESTRICTIONS: Some items are restricted to certain specializations and functions and some require a license in some states. Some material and products are restricted and require letterhead authority to order and therefore can not be ordered online.

SHIPPING: All items shipped insured U.P.S. within the USA that comes from our office and your physical mailing address and telephone number is needed. Due to the nature of this product line, equipment and some books can not be shipped to a PO BOX.

TIME SERVICE: We stock an ample supply of products found at this site. The overwhelming majority of products (except custom badges) are shipped out within 48 hours of receiving the order during business days. Naturally, time service for orders on Saturday, Sunday and holidays would not start until the following business day. U-Snoop is generally known for quick order fulfillment.

ORDERS OUTSIDE THE USA: Many items are restricted to sales within the United States. Many products may require a license from the US Department Of Commerce or the US State Department..

CHECKS: Based on our internal security check, we reserve the right to hold an order by company or personal check a reasonable time pending check clearance.

CREDIT CARD ORDERS: For your protection and ours, credit card orders require a security check concerning the ownership and validity of the credit card above and beyond an authorization number. Orders for equipment must be shipped to the credit card billing address.

BACKORDERS: In such rare cases, you will be notified that the material is on backorder. Although most backorders are filled quickly, some backorders may take anywhere from one to six weeks.
