The new Ear-2000 is a very well engineered professional grade
contact microphone designed as a bomb detector to locate the sound
of ticking bombs inside of walls or as a countermeasures unit to
locate the sound of hidden running tape recorders inside walls. It
can also be used as a hostage location unit when you think hostages
might be on the other side of walls. The product works on an
Electro-Acoustic principle in which it converts minute vibrations to
voice band audio and output to the user's headphones. It will listen
to, inside of and through virtually any surface. Can be used as a
listen-through-the-wall audio mic under one party consent.
